Dispatch:
All orders placed before 3.00 PM Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched the next working day.
Service:
All online orders will be dispatched using DHL. For customers in England, Scotland and Wales we use DHL 48 hours and for customers in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland we use DHL 24 hours.
All parcels require a signature upon delivery; this guarantees you get your parcel and not a lucky neighbour across the street!
Shipping Costs:
Standard shipping is £5.50 for up to 25 KG of goods. (24 cans of soda = 11KG)
Highlands and Islands Shipping:
Our courier company charges more to deliver to some areas of the UK. This is beyond our control.

Lost/Missing Parcels:
When expecting a parcel please take into consideration weekends and bank holidays. If you believe your parcel has been lost, contact us via email and we’ll speak to DHL and find out what’s happened. If an order has been confirmed lost or misplaced by DHL we will dispatch another one straight away at no additional charge.
Parcel Tracking:
DHL has an online tracking service which you can use to find out the location of your parcel.

Simply select ‘next day’ and ‘by indent code’ [please note: that you must also select the destination country] and enter the full tracking number without any spaces or dashes.

With DHL's @ home service for large cities throughout the UK you can have your parcel delivered to your home up until 9pm a night, so there is always a convenient time for delivery. Please
note if you are getting a delivery to your work address, someone must
be there to sign for it between the hours of 9 am – 5 pm, as DHL do charge a redelivery fee to work addresses and you can be charged up to £10.
Worldwide Shipping:
Yes, we can ship orders worldwide, please email us first to discuss your order and destination and a price for postage can be arranged.
