Damaged Goods:

Yankee Soda insures every order dispatched is carefully processed and packaged. If your purchase is damaged or doesn’t make it during transit, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, quoting your name, delivery address and your order details and we can arrange a replacement.

Refunds:

We cannot accept refunds on any of our food, beverage or cosmetic products due to health and safety regulations and hygiene concerns’.  We appreciate your understanding.
