Q. When will my order be dispatched? All orders placed before 3.00 PM Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched the next working day.
Q. Who will deliver my parcel?
All online orders will be dispatched using DHL. For customers in England, Scotland and Wales we use DHL 48 hours and for customers in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland we use DHL 24 hours. Q. What do I do if my order is missing? When expecting a parcel please take into consideration weekends and bank holidays. If you believe your parcel has been lost, contact us via email and we’ll speak to DHL and find out what’s happened. If an order has been confirmed lost or misplaced by DHL we will dispatch another one straight away at no additional charge. Q. Do Yankee Soda ship worldwide? Yes, we can ship orders worldwide, please email us first to discuss your order and destination and a price for postage can be arranged. Q. What do I do if my order has arrived and it is damaged?
Yankee Soda insures every order dispatched is carefully processed and packaged. If your purchase is damaged or doesn’t make it during transit, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, quoting your name, delivery address and your order details and we can arrange a replacement.
Q. Can I return any unwanted products?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on any of our food, beverage or cosmetic products due to health and safety regulations and hygiene concerns’. We appreciate your understanding.
Q. How do I track a parcel?
DHL has an online tracking service which you can use to find out the location of your parcel. Instructions for use: Visit - http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking/ Simply select ‘next day’ and ‘by indent code’ [please note: that you must also select the destination country] and enter the full tracking number without any spaces or dashes.
